Today’s competition day at ‘Baku 2019’ Summer EYOF was full of bright and interesting moments. Russia, who topped the medals table yesterday, won more five gold medals today and remained at the top.

Host Azerbaijani nation failed to win gold medal today by finishing competition day with just one silver medal. Turkey got closer to Azerbaijan now with two more gold medals. In medals table Russia leads with 18 gold, 10 silver and 14 bronze medals, followed by Azerbaijan with 9 gold, 6 silver and 5 bronze medals. With 8 gold, 5 silver and 5 bronze medals Turkey finishes top-3, followed by six-time gold winners Great Britain and Italy.
